I think TA global will manage back. TA have lots of phase going to launch for it and i think they will make Ativo become a good place before they can increase their selling price in future.

DA is more to commercial and shoeboxes size of residential like studio and 1 bedder.
DF is bigger size aka 1400sqft onwards for family, both projects are not competing but complementing.

agree with your point of view of DA and the booming place of sungai buloh.

DA is very much depend on the developer TA global action. As u can see TA is not doing much thing these few years. the only most valueble place on hand is at imbi road. wondering they will do as what they promise or not. Sigh..
