Any one familiar with this company? Pesona Metro? They have introduced themselves as part of the construction of ATIVO SUITES. Good to know if anyone have info about their track record and what they do. Hi Peeps,
Knowing TA GLOBAL have 2 project..
1) Ativo Suites , Sri Damansara
2) The Alix, Dutamas (just 1 road away from mont kiara)
which 1 will you go for ? which one have higher rental yield ? mind to share ? I'm not sure which 1 to go to..

Azelia is premium low density project. don't think JMB will allow short term stay business (homestay, airbnb, etc,,). surely owner will complain. |
