Landscape of the whole development will be done by Walrus Design - the landscape builder for Tropicana Metropark and Desa Park City.
And the workmanship will be certified according to Singapore's BuildQAS.
Next would be their KLCC's hotel & Residence.

QUOTE(DirectorLee @ Jun 28 2018, 05:23 PM) My friend works in Wisma Fiamma, supply products for developers. It seems that a few years ago TA was planning huge development (when property price was at its peak), cleared off all the trees and plants of their land. Then the downturn comes, they have issue with their cashflow it seems, everything stopped. TA Global almost gone bankcrupt, then some high status person inject/invest fund into it. Thats as far as the story goes. From what I heard, TA Global is very cheapskate, they would call up all the supplies of building material etc, ask who wants to market their product in TA's showroom. In comparison, other developers would buy material to be put into their showroom/spend money in their showroom (like Sime Darby, who tells people they are using high quality products). Till now the Ativo Suites has no progress at least since 6 months ago. If I were you, I won't even think about buying from this project. TA is a cash rich awards-winning firm lar. But I read their annex shoplex and corporate suites towers will be deferred to early next year launch.

QUOTE(DirectorLee @ Jul 11 2018, 11:55 AM) What you said, maybe, maybe not... Cause my friend worked in the company that supply them material. Mentioned to me during meeting, the boss said do not approach TA for sales, probably afraid cannot collect the debt. This story was 2 years ago. I stay near Ativo, always receive their letter, launch launch launch, but the showroom doesnt even open. Ativo Suites launched since 2016 or earlier. You can easily google information about TA Global, its all delay delay delay... they even have to sell their land to pay debt. Award means nothing, almost all developer get this title, I dont even know who award them. Your info is 2 years ago and it's very outdated. Liquidate lands is very normal to developers and all developers are doing that. This project is fully sold on tower B and almost finish on Tower A. That's why they don't always open their show room and it's only by appointment to interested buyers. Smart buyers will know that this project will be linked to MRT 2 station. If you stay at Desa Park City or somewhere near there then its too bad.. It's not connected to MRT station at all. It's not a bad thing but it will be inconvenient to the workers especially if they have the commercial elements in the whole development.

QUOTE(stevenkkh @ Jul 24 2018, 11:43 AM) Seriously, this area also RM1K persqft? I am confused, is this development connected to MRT or not? Tropicana Gardens nearby also sold less than RM1k persgft after minus all those discount. Tropicana Gardens ar? Got people jump from 20th floor already wor? I believe it would be cheaper now especially on that particular block.

Same contractor as The Mews, KLCC. QUOTE KUALA LUMPUR (September 5): Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd’s unit, Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM264.3 million contract to build two blocks of serviced apartment in Bandar Sri Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
The contract was awarded yesterday by Indo Aman Bina Sdn Bhd, which is a wholly-owned unit of TA Global Bhd and the project’s employer. In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, Pesona Metro said the proposed development comprises two blocks of serviced apartments at 33 storey and 28 storey each, carpark, and residential facilities.
It said the 32-month project started on Aug 15 and will end on April 14, 2021. https://www.edgeprop.my/content/1420176/pes...onstruction-job

QUOTE(Steve Lum @ Dec 23 2018, 12:23 AM) There will be a covered pedestrian bridge connecting from the upcoming Ativo Annexe(mall) to Bandar Sri Damansara east station, and was approved, according to the agent and from previous discussion threads here. Ativo Annex is not a mall, rather, its a huge retail space that connect to MRT Sri Damansara East Station. There is another 1million+ Sq.ft mall at the west end of Damansara Avenue project. There is no mall in Desa Park City, so this will be the selling point for that area. Their aim is to build the Mid Valley City in this area. Midvalley City = 50 acres TOD project Damansara Avenue = 48 acres TOD projectThis post has been edited by BukitKing222: Dec 26 2018, 02:56 PM

QUOTE(Exodius @ Sep 24 2018, 11:34 PM) Just check on iProperty for standard of 600-1k squarefeet and everything is on 750-800+ And not 600 . adding the fact that it’s a bare unit. Ativo have 30% higher ceiling than normal condo with built in branded home smart system plaster ceiling timber flooring , aircon washing machine etc, I don’t see how you can compare a fully fitted luxury suite to a lower class condo like Azelia of bare unit without carpark as a comparison, adding in the fact that mrt 2 connected bridge and it sshopping mall are still undergoing construction. Not to mention they are moving it’s company branches and office to their signature tower Yup Ativo Suite is partially (or I can say is almost fully) furnished with above mentioned free appliances. Owner just have to buy bed, dining set and sofa only when moving in. Even wood flooring and plaster ceiling are included. Bath room are fully renovated. Wardrobe are also provided.

QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Dec 26 2018, 02:57 PM) sorry how Damansara avenue can be compared to mid valley city without the two fancy and crowd pleasing malls? do we really need another mall in DA?? QUOTE(thongyj93 @ Dec 26 2018, 03:34 PM) Well this dude is comparing project 20 years ago with future project. 2nd thing, comparing actual and illustration. I dont get your logic. When you are buying properties definitely you have to compare it with different projects. There are plenty of projects for you to compare to such as the Pavilion BJ, SJCC, BBCC, etc. However, this Developer TA is only aiming to build something like Mid Valley City there in Sri Damansara. And that is what I've mentioned above.

True. Can't deny DPC is a good project.
But too bad there is no shopping mall there and no MRT connectivity in the future. (ALSO BIG THUMB DOWN) for such a big neighborhood. Pity the residences there have to drive all the way out to shop.

QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Dec 26 2018, 04:12 PM) I don't think dpc nangs want mrt in their township. stay priced homes, drive luxurious cars still need MRT? how people know you are rich when you don't show off your cars but ride MRT? standard sikit boleh ka? How about KLCC, Bukit Bintang, TRX and Bandar Malaysia? More ATAS people than DPC. Mostly multi-millionaires.. So don't need MRT stations? Singapore don't need MRT Stations?

QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Dec 26 2018, 04:28 PM) alamak…...you really that clueless????? mrt/lrt is to ferry people from outside to those places you mentioned. not build specifically for people staying there to get out. against, same concept with spore. you think spore nangs boh cars one ah?????? Wah your standard is really mediocre. Do you think the MRT Sri Damansara East station is to get the DA people out? Definitely no! It will build beside the project. How about DPC? Any line there? Don't be silly ok ...especially as a senior forumer here. This post has been edited by BukitKing222: Dec 26 2018, 04:38 PM

QUOTE(utraben @ Dec 29 2018, 12:15 AM) Don’t quite agree you on this . Let’s be constructive and open . DA can’t even say close to Midvalley . Location wise mid valley always have locals and tourist crowd , very sustainable . Kepong spending power still not so high , even those can spend will rather travel down to 1U or PJ which is one toll away . TA as a developer in Malaysia track record I’m not so convinced still . Look at the master plan of DA , how many years already now only consider phase 2 ? I would say you refer back to post #760 Are you implying DPC people's spending is not high as well?
