No....it means apartments are under schedule h....not non schedule like offices....

Ultilities are still under commercial.

To run hotel ....i think developer cant use the resi apartments...it got to be under non schedule....

sch h is highrise strata title typically used for residential and protected under HDA.

non schedule is highrise strata title not protected under HDA, typical for commercial units such as offices.

no lah...pure resi title land density still more or less the same.

these days developers sudah pandai...they build resi units on top of commercial title. the assessment all different already....they dun use the normal number of units per acreage anymore.

property development is not the core biz for TA group but they do have good landbank. They also have one block of land next to KLCC, even better position than skysuites but I think it will be office.
