TA building in KL is looking for tenants if i'm not mistaken.
This is becoz they hav upgraded/renovated de building recently. And then TA Securites have moved its offices to PJ... specifically Wisma TA is the former Wisma Dijaya opposite Tropicana City...... |

I'm a newbie in property industry and would like to try my luck investing in one of the new developments.. What's your thought towards damansara avenue? They are launching the office suites tomorrow and I'll drop by to see if it's worth for a grab?

I am going tomorrow.Just visited their show gallery this morning at TA hq.Yes,the starting price is from rm500 onwards..good location as next to prime DPC and Sri Damansara,plus is freehold.Hope,it turns out to be a high end commercial cum residence property.But,it takes at least 8 to years to complete the entire project.

I'll be going for the launch tomorrow as well.. Any thoughts to share whether it's a good grab say if I were to buy the smallest unit 574 sqf at approx rm270k?

At this point I don't have an opinion for u cause I haven't done much digging on this development. I however would suggest u look at the size of the office suites cause if it's too small it mitt be difficult to rent out unless u gonna use it urself Given the prion, I'll like a GF shop lot but if initial capital investment is a problem, that option might just be out of ur budget |
