Hey guys.. there's gonna be a new development in the heart of Bandar Sri Damansara. This time it's NOT part of Damansara Avenue. Not TA Global's.

The 43-acre large project consists of up to 14 blocks of tall mid-to-high end condominiums. Plus another 1 block of office tower.

Land clearing started. WOW.

Due for launch in Q1/Q2 2011.

Located near the current condominium at Meranti Hills, not really heart of BSD.
The residents there protested over this proposed development 2 years ago.

I'm certainly not pleased with the additional development coming on the BSD hills. As if the traffic at the LDP U-turn is not bad enough already during peak hours.

Now its no longer 52 but below 40.....

For your curiosity, the project initial rendering has been covered on my blog, as per the link below.

If I'm not mistaken, there's also another large project coming up nearer towards LDP Bukit Lanjan toll opposite Damansara Perdana. The whole area there will be filled with skyscrapers 10 years from now.

were those bungalows? I saw land clearing since a month or two back and saw a few bungalows up the hill
