Fyi, DPC northshore is already break RM700+/sqft long ago, currently nearing RM800 soon. So for "highend" on opposite of DPC it is consider "reasonable" It may sound ridiculous but yeah this is the pricing of the current market in that Area.
Not saying it is cheap, but I can forsee DPC will go even higher price if the SJMC branch hospital comes up and the International school up in 1-3years time.
