 What's the best Lipo6 combo?, Lipo + Whey Protein,

I stopped ON Whey Protein due to it's halalness doubt (still got half untouched)
I changed to Ultimate Nutrition Prostar Whey Protein

Also stopped Lipo6 due to want to make it natural way (still got half untouched)



What's my supplement:

New: Ultimate Nutrition Prostar Whey Protein (Choc Mint)

Old: Lipo6 + Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein (Mocha)

How do I consume it?

Non-Workout Day

---------------------
lipo6 before breakfast
lipo6 before lunch
whey protein after office hour
whey protein before bed

Workout Day
---------------------
lipo6 before breakfast
lipo6 before lunch
whey protein before cardio (after 30 mins cardio, then only do workout)
whey protein after workout (immediately)


When do I scale my weight?
Every day, immediately after wake up.
Without drinking or eating anything.
So, this is pretty accurate for the whole period.
I will scale my weight several times in the morning, and choose the lowest weight and bodyfat recorded for that day.

How long I've been to gym?
It's been around 2 month, little to moderate effort only



Below is my daily stat. I'll try my best to update it everyday:



Day 0: 11/5/2010
(Non-workout Day)

This is the day BEFORE I took any supplement

Height: 163cm
Weight: 61.5kg (normally ranging from 61.5kg to 63.0kg)
Bodyfat: 20.9% (normally ranging from 19.9% to 21.0%)

Day 1: 12/5/2010
(Workout day)

Weight: 60.8kg
Bodyfat: 20.3%

This is Day 1 AFTER consuming Lipo6 and Whey Protein.


Day 2 Stat: 13/5/2010
(Non-workout Day)

Weight: 60.3kg
Bodyfat: 19.4%


Day 3 Stat: 14/5/2010
(Non-workout Day)

Weight: 61.0kg
Bodyfat: 19.5%

Day 4 Stat: 15/5/2010
(Workout Day)

Weight: 60.6kg
Bodyfat: 19.7%


Day 5 Stat: 16/5/2010
(Non-workout Day)

Weight: 60.9kg
Bodyfat: 22.4%

(Yesterday, I forgot to eat Lipo6 in the afternoon. Did not drink any protein. Also forgot)

Hi all,

I'm re-starting my gym about 2 months ago.
I'm considering myself buying Lipo6 to burn fat.

However, kinda confused now which combo is the best?
I'm afraid if I took Lipo6 alone, my muscle will also gone.

I don't want that to happen. Therefore, I guess that whey protein is needed.

Anybody can suggest?

hmmm... lipo6, hydroxycut, animal cut.
i think animal cut currently has a better review compared to others.
aint too sure, got to ask those that tried it.

fat burner? = lipo6, lipo6x, lipo6 black, Ergolean AMP2, Hidroxycut, Animal Cut, MHP cut, Muscletetek cut.

At the same time, of coure you have to take your whey .

afaik, whey protein is whey protein, doesnt really matter what brand you take. Should be more concerned whether you're getting enough protein per day for optimum growth. As for fat burners I cant really help you there hmm.gif . Maybe wait for the regulars to reply..

Stay on whey protein throughout your workouts, brand doesn't matter as long as you can afford it.

I've seen good results from Lipo6 and lipo 6 black as fat burners.
Combine fat burner + whey for a while till you reach desired weight/fat percentage. Then throw in creatine and build up.

If you insist on going below 10% fat at your current state, you are going to look like a twig with 6 pack yes, but the overall picture will look horrible.
(you need to post a picture of urself currently to be sure, but judging from your height and weight, generally this would be true)

Lol. Different people benefit from different fat burners, depends on individuals. Go ahead if you wanna be skin and bones. If not, just get whey, sufficient protein and train hard.

exactly... no point getting below 10% if u r skinny.
if u have the mass, then by all means, do as u please.
but u may not have enough mass to really cut down ur size.
why dont u post a pic so that we could see if u should cut or bulk up. =.=

Start consuming ON last night before bed (Yes, it is wrong. I just wanna taste it).

Lipo6 consumed this morning after woke up.

This morning stats, 7.00am:

whey prebed is not wrong...if u afford to take it at least 2 times daily, you should include prebed...

i read an article from bb.com (actually by ON) saying that whey is a fast acting/ absorbing protein, therefore if consumed pre-bed, it wont b as useful as if u take casein, which is a slow absorbing protein. therefore if u consume whey prebed, most likely ur body is absorbing less protein since it's beginning to slow down. to me it's best taken pre and post work out. and it wont harm to take early in the morning as well.

my suggestions based on the fact that, me myself used to consume whey...in the morning and afternoon, i took solid food and consume protein source from them...eggs, chickens, meat and so on...i used to take 2 times daily, post workout and pre-bed...i don't take casein because of its price...with tight budget, i've to carefully make sure to make every scoops of it, is worthy...afaik, another way to consume protein (if u were to take 2 times daily) is post-workout, and in the middle your sleep time...you sleep @ 11 PM, try to get up @ 3 AM and sip your whey...i got this also from bb.com...cause even whey is a fast absorbing, it is still useful when consume pre-bed, which is better than none...

bro, my suggestions is, don't overlook things...post-workout is a must, the rest i think u can take it anytime...as long as u do count your protein intake...try to get them from solid foods as well...

Use nutritiondata.com to analyse your daily diet, find-out how much protein, carbo n fat ur consuming. Then adjust ur diet accordingly, eg. more eggs, less rice, less fried food, more plain water, less soft drinks.

I take my protein shake once in the morning, n again before sleep.

lol..
my friends all shocked see im different in just one month..
but everyday jogging and gym..
so thats why its quick..
talk about eat.. i eat all the fast food..
but during lunch time.. dinner eat fruits and bread n stuff like that..

Non-Workout Day
---------------------
lipo6 before breakfast
lipo6 before lunch
whey protein after office hour
whey protein before bed

Workout Day
---------------------
lipo6 before breakfast
lipo6 before lunch
whey protein after workout (immediately)
whey protein before bed
(or should i replace it before workout?)

4 caps a day is crazy unless stated in the instructions label imo. Unless it's Lipo Black. Just take 2 before breakfast, wait half hour and eat. Or eat preworkout, wait 2 hours then pop them and train.

dont expect to see results in such a short period of time.. our body content fluctuates daily(water,digested/undigested food.. etc)

weight yourself after 2 weeks to get a clearer picture

I m using Lipo-6 ATM (the classic, not the hitam or x) The recommended dosage is 4 caps a day but starting with 2 slowly proceed to 4.

I pop 2 30mins prior to my breakfast (preworkout meal 0630) then 2 again before lunch (1230)

I took 1 Lipo6 in the morning and 1 more Lipo6 at 2pm. So busy till forgot to eat it.
As this is my workout day, drink 200ml of protein before cardio.
Doing cardio for around 25mins

Then proceed to workout
Drink another 200ml protein immediately after 1hour workout.

I feel the dizziness...
Bloating... and the feel like vomiting....

Make sure, just after 30 mins consuming, take some food...
If not, you will collapse...

Took my fist Lipo 6 this morning .. after 20 mins I ate Papa Roti.
Stomach upset during workout after 1 hour later.

I do smell that there was a lot of caffeine smell when I urine.

My first 2 days of Lipo6 gave me dizzinies...
But only mild dizziness that is under control..

Make sure your first 2 days, only consume maximum 2 lipo - 1 morning, 1 afternoon
Your body was trying to adapt it..

lol dude, you're exactly my height and your physique looks very similar to mine and you're only 60+kg!? i'm at 80+ nearing 90 >_< i've got pretty big thighs though.
