I'm planning to do this way:
Non-Workout Day
---------------------
lipo6 before breakfast
lipo6 before lunch
whey protein after office hour
whey protein before bed
Workout Day
---------------------
lipo6 before breakfast
lipo6 before lunch
whey protein after workout (immediately)
whey protein before bed
(or should i replace it before workout?)
What do you guys think?
4 caps a day is crazy unless stated in the instructions label imo. Unless it's Lipo Black. Just take 2 before breakfast, wait half hour and eat. Or eat preworkout, wait 2 hours then pop them and train.i wanna lose fat and at the same time bulking up..
