QUOTE(badzeugene @ Oct 1 2010, 01:17 AM) Thanks. So.. do u think i shud get guess watch? or can i get better watch with that kind of price? around 300-500? get a Seiko or Orient or Citizen, sure its not fashionable like Guess. with Guess U are paying for the brand, and the watch is made in China. I am not saying all chinese products are bad, they work and you can tell time on those watches esp they are quartz. i have to say they do last until it goes out of fashion.

Seiko, Orient, Citizen is your only choices. Guess don't produce watch, they probably made by Ah Chong manufacturer in China. Different story with GC, which is Swiss Made quality.

Was on the fence between getting a used ETA 7750 and a Flieger watch (in consideration were Steinhart and Laco). Finally pulled the trigger on the Laco Miyota B when I saw it being made available on the Laco website. Factors that encouraged the purchase included the history of Laco as well as the entry level cost for a B-uhr, not to mention ck77's review of the watch some time ago. Absolutely love the design and built quality of the watch. Model AACHEN, Miyota 821A movement, logo on dial. Noticed that the logo says "Laco 1925" (2011 design?) instead of "Laco by Lacher" as I observed in most pictures.
Black faux leather gift box.
Comes with original Flieger strap as spare strap.
Leather strap is really thick!
IMHO a great watch for those new to Fliegers.
