No cap yet.
But from what we know, the throttled speeds will be 250 kbps which would be insane, given that the caps are low, and also throttle speeds significantly low as well.
And add to the fact we are most expensive broadband in the region and you know something is very wrong going on.
Anyway from what the tmnutters told me, there is no daily cap, only monthly cap.
Another user reported that tmnut claims local bandwidth won't be counted towards the monthly cap. Also uploads won't be counted at all toward the cap. Both points makes it fair at least when considering a bandwidth cap system.
The only unfair part is the size of the cap and throttle speed for the asking price we are paying them already. The service may be nice right now, but don't sign up unless you are willing to take the risk when they start enforcing it, or make enough waves that they scrap their plans for it
