I submitted the form earlier this week, till now still didn't receive call from them to fix appointment for installation.

And the female CS keep teasing me by asking silly questions: "you own your house?", "you like drawing?", "are you still student?". Anyway, I think she just want to be friendly, could be part of the new TM policy.

She ask all kind of questions, but didn't give me a date for installation. She said their people will call me.

Still nobody call me for installation, since 10/07/10.
I tried call TM Point but nobody pick up.

I also got called.
26/07 will be my appointment.
I ask can come earlier? They said all fully book.
