i heard guocoland is launching another phase of terrace house soon in emerald, 2.5 storey but 20x70 only, price ard rm700k, anyone got info on this?

the reason I ask is when the whole masterplan of emerald west garden is individual titled, its pretty hard to convert some portions as strata title. beside heong leong is not known to be good at strata titled landed.

I am quite certain that Emerald SA did mention about strata superlink inside The Rise, on that flyer couldn't recall whether the strata word was present there or not.. But if The Rise has these Strata Superlink, how to manage the guardhouse, have two guardhouses? Then Pay double?

The Rise bungalow is individual titled for sure and there is a guard house provided that would be managed by RA I think...

I think the developer only builds the guardhouse and fencing once the residents collect the keys, then perhaps give them free security for 1 year, then only handover to the RA
