Based on my last visit, there were still around 20+ units out of the total 70+ units left unsold. According to the sales agent, there are many bookings cancelled due to loan not approved.

I'm one of the serious buyer and planning to stay there by end of this year or early next year. But the construction of 2nd phase behind it makes me feel unsafe to move in. The other problem will be the occupancy rate. Considering around 30% is unsold until now, and assuming half of the buyers are for investing/flipping, there'll be more than 50% empty houses by the time I plan to move in.

Though access is better, biggest problem is the developer..guocoland omg. Speechless. The boss should just focus what they are good at which is banking and tiles. Forget about property development. Planning and execution is terrible.
