Coral VP if not mistaken was April 2013. Still quite new. Occupancy >80%. Coral & Coris already formed our own RA since few months back. Neighbourhood ok, traffic ok (compared to West). Price tag should be around 550k as well.

what do u think of Topaz. the semi D selling abt rm650k. Jalan KE13.

as for Coral and Caris, heard must go to Emerald East (Jalan KE3 there?)

no road from Emerald Sales Gallery there via Jalan KE9 - Emerald Garden there?

There is a small Road linking Emerald West and East. It's a tiny narrow roads going up/down hill. You will notice that. However, it open for a certain time frame and it's One-way direction.

Alternate township for range of 550K are:
- M Residence (MR 1 - 18x70 VPed, MR 2 - 20x65 completion next year but i believe you can start hunting for subsale now.)
- Bandar Country Homes (Variety of houses available. Mostly Subsale)
- Desa Country Homes (smack inside Country Homes. It's not confirm GnG because it developed on empty land inside Country Homes' existing township so to get all current resident to agreed to form JMB will be difficult)
- Glomac Saujana Rawang (not sure on the size. but you can have a look at it.)
- Bandar Tasik Puteri (a bit far but price is quite affordable)

Good news guys! Amberley has Unifi working already. Just got mine installed today. Did a speed test and got 26mbps for download and 5.9 mbps for upload. Finally, our struggle is over!

hi.. new here.. considering buying the rise. just one question. how far is the nearest school (Sek Rendah n equivalent) ? is there any day care/nursery close to EW??

Just outside the Rise there is a Chinese primary school within the vicinity of KE. There are also srk schools in country homes which is just 5 mins from Rise. Day care not sure but should be available as there is a number of kindergartens nearby also.

Best take a tour around KE to find out yourself!
