from what i heard, this 2.5 storey a bit unique, you enter ground floor and either go up one floor or go down one floor for the half storey, maybe becos the house is built on a slope

Btw, is the sales ok ? Based on my last visit, there is still quite some unsold units.......

Based on my last visit, there were still around 20+ units out of the total 70+ units left unsold. According to the sales agent, there are many bookings cancelled due to loan not approved.

Not too bad considering the situation now....

So first phase they are building 70+ ? That's quite a lot for bungalows.......

Land of each bungalow is quite small for a bungalow. That's why they can fit in more in that area.

there are three types of bungalows (fully detached):-

land under 5000sq
land between 5000-10,000sq
land above 10,000sq

From what I see, most of the bungalows in The Rise are between 3800sqft-5000sqft. Only a few units are more than 7000 sqft like the Sage and some corner units.

Phase1 Sage units all sold out, next phase please come early.
