Hey just realized I'm not on the list of users. Aspire bro?

Currently messing around with Easy Deb OOOWriter for a better mobile word processing experience. Wondering how I can make it boot faster.

depends what bluetooth headset u are using if your headset supports A2DP it shouldnt be a problem. U pair with the bluetooth device and example u play video or music the audio will play thru the headset.

I tested with Nokia BH-503 and Jabra stone before great quality.

Hey guys how's your sliders holding up? Smooth? Tight? Loose? Mine feels a tad TOO smooth and has some play. Though I wouldn't call it loose.

Locks securely enough on the top end, though it doesn't take as much force to close or open as it used to. Reason to worry?

1. add extras-devel & extras-testing to your application manager
2. find for FMMS and FM player in application list
brows.gif
*
if possible please dont do that.. i mean allow extra testing and extra devel..unless you are 10000000000000% turst the product.. last two day.. once i allow them in my app manager..i staight receive several application updates..guess what? a big gift for me in next day early morning..*@&%$#!!..
N900 is died..after nokia logo comes out and few second for dots to run then no response anymore..
just send it to store for reflashing ROM..

i should knew there is thread specially for Nokia N900 biggrin.gif please add me to the N900 owner list too smile.gif

got my N900 from Lowyat Clareen. last month.

working great and it is the best Mobile i ever had. compared with iphone 3gs and htc Legend and Omnia i have had.

its the best multi-tasking monster. would beat any netbook smile.gif
tried using skype talking with client and doing online desktop sharing(client desktop showing). plus surfing net with no lag at the same time.

video quality superb and sounds superb. with using DJ-BT headset S805 of Motorola. smile.gif

wireless can be connected within 5secs after connecting. seriously fast connecting speed.

almost 3 weeks having this mobile. super satisfying smile.gif

it doesnt matter.

Even wireless N,Z, M its still runs on wireless G.

The purpose i use wireless N is to expand the wireless network coverage so usually maybe it cover half of the house now it cover entire house

it matters, where if ur router is n its able to broadcast further. any g device in n range can see them in the wifi list. but to send them back information such as login to the wifi, the device need to be n to reach the router when its in n distance, else it cant hear u.

when in g distance u wont notice different cause ur device can reach the router..

N8 supports N.. cool stuff

basically, putting the "wet" phone into a rice container will dry out the device better than just leaving it. just make sure the phone is switched off after you "wet" it.

oh, sweat.gif

i would , the first thing take out the battery , remove the housing if it is removeable,

use a hair dryer to dry out all the detached parts piece by piece

REMEMBER dun assemble them back so soon as moisture might still be around the contact point area, esp the LCD

leave the fon to dry for 2 days , then only assemble it back

OR

send it to the techinician laugh.gif

Flash games might take up lots of memory and processing power. Don't forget N900 processor is 600Mhz and actual memory is just 256MB (OS processes itself already took up quite an amount of the memory); As for the 768MB Virtual Memory, it is slow so don't bother.

Plus, current Flash 9 as I know, isn't utilizing the GPU. Maybe we might see a difference in Flash 10 later.

Anyway, you can't compare it with PC performance. Possibly you can compare it with a low spec netbook and see if the netbook can play smoothly?

For farm game, perhaps you can consider playing Harvest Moon using SNES Emu, and possibly the PSX version using PSX Emu.
