Yes, but it justified the price tag when take into consideration on the living experience in the decent sanctuary, in fact TP consider value for money in a way, just the pieceful mind for your belonging and also a perfect place for kids to grow up.

Nowadays, there are lots of g&g along Silk Highway...

All new developments are following the g&g concepts so TP is not that unique anymore. Tropicana Cheras, Viridian, Taming Mutiara, MV, TTDI Groove, etc.

Lots of choices now unlike 3 years ago.


Added on June 4, 2012, 9:48 pmLatest boutique project just next to TP is Sunville Villas. Heard prices similar to TP but with bigger built up. Access same as TP.

Yup lots of G n G, but nothing similar As TP, small project u may call it boutique but later maintenance will be problem, its either bad or u pay sky high price for it.

Not regretting buying TP but maybe got "used to it".... lol.

Still, best thing about it is the direct connection to highway without weaving through other housing estates!


Added on June 5, 2012, 2:57 amI dont know how much green TP has. For the semid side, it only has a linear garden and pond. Maybe about 10-15% green. At the bungalows side, the percentage is much higher as they have bigger land size and so few houses there....jogging tracks, bbq, gardens with streams and ponds, look out points all at bungalow side.

The sales office is locate at phase 1, They currently building the houses at phase 2. Wait till Oct only can see the actual house, then only consider to buy. The package is like normal, 3% discount, Free S&P legal fees, 11.5 ft height ceilling, auto gate, alarm system, shower screen, etc. Oh ya, usually developer only tile up to 1500mm, but this guy make it full height up till ceilling.

Yes, mine is boutique near Sg Long & Mahkota Cheras area.
It's unique because don't have alot units and also mix with semi-d.
But monthly maintenace price is higher then Sg Besi Dale which is 2.5 stories GG link.

Mine is DSL = RM120/month cry.gif
Sg Besi Dale 2.5 stories = RM80/month

yes, i think so. for the link house, semi-d and bunglow..
budiman 24 x 75 sold at 730k in subsales, plenty of units sold
