Mahkota has some nice houses coming up, a stone throw from Aeon... bungalows, semi-d and high rise condos.
I know nothing about Bandar Sg. Long, hardly drive beyond the row of shops there. |

If going to besraya along Silk....jam starts from Toyota Showroom to Mines, but still moving. |

Mahkota - Sand Bricks, more shop houses, more food
Sg. Long - Red Bricks (but also depend on developer), nice houses, usually bigger in size and nice environment |

After 10 years the "Bandar Sg. Long" is still a desa....because it is a dead end road....If they have another road, then the shops would be wong.
Bandar Mahkota is much better planned with Aeon surrounded by food....then, outer ring of residential areas and schools. |

Those not on fair bricks are by Lion Group, Pujangga Budiman, Kian Huat and many others. They produce the fair brick, no market demand, end up they use it back as their own. |
