most of the Twin palms buyers are own stay, that's why the respond are quite slow, if those consider for investment; unless you able to hold for long term, then should be ok, freehold landed g&g concept should be ok but that area still need sometime to grow.
for the purpose of own stay, i personally like the environment too. greenery and quiet. |
