How bout SHL? More than 50% houses in Sg Long developed by this developer. Almost all houses built by red brick. Recentcy found out there is a BTS landed project beside Sg Long secondary school roundabout, it seem like build by Shl subsidiary company. Any sifu have info on this?

SHL is no better than any developer out there.

quality so so and workmanship are quite bad.

The only good is they using their own facing brick for construction.

I think this must be Cheras Idaman 2, the one you mention is type C, type A and type B cost 500++.

I would prefer Sg Long. i.e. Desa Budiman and Bukit Sungai Long. Both area are expensive.. out of my budget.

I would suggest u go take a look by urself. If i tell you I like Iron Man but u will tell me u like Thor or Hulk One person's meat can be another person's poison though. The house is for your own stay?

- Some people don't like so crowded places near to the shoplots but some people find it convenient to buy foods and etc.
- Sg. Long houses are majority red bricks, some ppl find it attractive but some ppl find it ugly.

Was house hunting around sungai long too with family last week, If you have the budget you might want to consider Twin Palms Sungai Long is a nice gated and guarded place. Really like the resort feel there, only have semi d now but saw some subsale for superlink is still available.
