I called that Lap, he not sure about the location or is it freehold or leashold.

I would prefer Sg Long. i.e. Desa Budiman and Bukit Sungai Long. Both area are expensive.. out of my budget.

Was house hunting around sungai long too with family last week, If you have the budget you might want to consider Twin Palms Sungai Long is a nice gated and guarded place. Really like the resort feel there, only have semi d now but saw some subsale for superlink is still available.
