If I want to apply for a new homeline and UniPack together (same form), can I still get the confirmation slip?

Or after my new homeline is installed then go apply for UniPack to get the confirmation slip? (apply separately)

I submitted both of the termination form and application form on 20 April and the tmpoint officer didnt give me any confirmation slip at all.

So, what should i do? Go there again and demand for it?

So I was told my place don't have 4mb sad.gif

But it seems I'm capped at 2mb and using ADSL2+?

Thought they said, if 4Mbps don't have, you will be given 2Mbps, if not 1Mbps.

I took 1Mbps package, 1.5Mbps actually not a bad deal. The 2Mbps deal seems bad compared to 4Mbps :S. I want 4Mpbs, else 1Mbps lor.. But I'm curious how come I can't =/ So just wanna compare the line condition with the rest of 4Mbps users.

Correct, because 1Mbps is capped at 1.5Mbps, so theoretically about 187kBps.

4MBps and 2Mbps use the same hardware port, so if you can get 2Mbps, you can get 4 Mbps (subject to line condition). The standard 1 Mbps port is different.

Wow , TM can't even do a simple 4Mbps package change. I am still somewhat stucked in my upgrade status. Kudos to TM. I am not sure why but they can't do a simple change just like that. Jumper everything is done but status is still set to New

it took weeks to settle my homeline prob and keep hvaing prob after repaired. and yet close my report withot my comfirmation. tmnet alwys tk their work d easier. numerous calls made to push them to get my phoneline ok. lucky after i keep request for sec lvl staff, finally prob solved within days. but yet, promised made cant fullfilled. promised repaired my homeline on sunday but delay til tuesday. reason and excuses...

is there anyone know how to upgrade from 1mbps cool uni pack to 4mbps cool uni pack? What form to fill in? and what's the process? Need to get approval and stamp from the college again?
