After my new streamyx activated on the new phoneline, my SNR margin become unstably, sometime can reach 20++dB sometime can drop to 10++dB and even worse disconnected , my previous streamyx never drop line...dont know what happen with the new goddamn streamyx+new phoneline, i think is the new phoneline make it unusual as before, so i plan to transfer my streamyx back to the old phoneline, can i do that?

complained to 100 and they say there's some screwed up with the underground cables. Currently day 4 without a telephone line. Can see technicians and TM contractors working at the DSLAM and some man hole near TMPoint.
Currently using my old line.... lucky din cancel yet.

Guess one of the problem for applying 4Mbps is that the line has higher chance of getting dropped

i apply 4m, but they straight away change the package to 1m without inform me, wth...
but now the new streamyx like sh**, what's next ? so regret to getting this stupid new line...

i notice that my IP change...my previous IP was 124.82, 60.52, 60.53; now is getting 110.xxx, 115.xxx something like that, yesterday i still using old line, can connect everything smoothly, after changing from old line to new line, now i can't connect with my PSN, so bullsh** ...

Dunno whether u can do that but i can do that. I think my area here got excess dslam port so as a homeline is subscribed with streamyx, the homeline will hooked into dslam port after that. Even after terminate, the phone line still can be used to online. hahaha... My new homeline got a little better snr margin and line attenuation compared to old one. lolz

i read the first post, but have a hard time understanding... it says for ipta/ipts students... but in the spoiler, i see no ipta in the list... does it mean all ipta are eligeble or what?

Then now i am applying uni pack.
Then i saw from here that some wiring need cost RM100...
Can i ask them to change the port of current line to the new line port without terminating old line? So i can save the wiring cost.

All IPTA are eligible as long as you are in either 1st or 2nd year... read carefully. They only limit IPTS, that's why you see a list of IPTS whereas ALL IPTA are eligible, so a list for IPTA is useless.

Woot, dad just told me Streamyx installed at home , going back to check it out hehe. Then gonna confirm when is my netbook arriving xD.
