Hi Forum
Last week Friday (7th May) I have submitted my coolunipack application form as well as termination form and I applied for change of home number because the Tmnet representative said it was faster that way and can be done in 1 week. At the end of that day, I did not receive any reference number or any anything. Today is Friday which means it is already a week and so far i have not receive ANY call from the Tmnet. Should I be worried and go to Tm point to ask for any status update? or should I wait a bit longer? =.= |

IDIOT HYPPTUNES EAT MY POINT...
I am trying to dl 4 different songs at same time... then it failed and showed that all the 4 songs i tried has being dled 4 times. Then i readd it into the cart, IT STILL RECOGNISE AS SAME SONG DON'T LET ME DL BUT I WASTED THE POINT!!! |

Yesterday went to titiwangsa tmpoint.
They said i can not proceed to change plan to student plan. I dispute and finally they help me to change it. TMNET really lousy service. |

Then, request for "termination confirmation slip" and also the application form unipack blue in colour one... And, get the lady`s name ,contact and email...From there you willhave to follow up.. Then, gotta wait for the 30days cooling down period...well,so call 30days cooling period lar.. |

Finally settle whole journey with TM, spend whole sem break to settle the whole thing.
Just back from TMpoint to grab my voice plan deal DECT phone. Few day ago went there, they say will process later. reach today they told me never apply. Scold and ask them do it immediately and all done now. Really bad service. Hp mini reach next monday The voice plan dect phone (Thought they give Panasonic ![]() The previous one: ![]() The modem i get from Cool Uni Pack: ![]() |
