I remember I saw Godzilla vs Kong trailer got show Kong holding an axe, want to chop Godzilla, Godzilla shoots out some radioation blast on Kong but hit the axe... so his axe got charged up and he slices Godzilla... I think that concluded who wins at the end. Movie coming out this year.

Not a fan of the new movie. The juvenile set-up reminded me more of incoherent mess akin to Bayformers instead of dumb fun like Kong Skull Island. The human portion just too annoying and a chore to go through. While the cgi is great and dazzling eye candy, the staging of it can be hit and miss. Only the very last fight piqued my interest while the others a little repetitive and not engaging to me. Just me not feeling the hype.

woahh! freaking awesome! definitely the best out of the series, this is like the "avengers / justice league" of the series. really really awesome CGI! solid 5/5 from me!

ps: leave your logic behind then u shud be able to enjoy the movie, if u think too much then u probably wont, nothing to "think" anyway since its a monster movie anyway.

just go watch Christopher Nolan movie...

First of all be chill on my not favourable opinion of GvK. I'm the minority who disliked it as it just.not dumb and fun enough. Also please don't assume that I have no self awareness of what movie I'm watching. Again please don't equate correlation as causation. Power to you that you love it and not a single thing you can say to make me like it one bit more. Your opinion is yours and mine is mine. Calling me out for innocuous reason is meaningless.

Plannign to watch godzilla in TGV with my GF staying differently... how seat together ka?

I was watched Godzilla vs Kong at last week. There have no draw, one of them will lose but none of them will die. You should watch until the end because between Godzilla and King Kong are not enemies. There have an ultimate enemy, sorry I can't talk too much for spoiler.

Truly enjoy the movie, not sure if it's me, but the soundtrack from trailer is more pumped than the movie. Kudos to the director for keeping up with the pace from start to finish, not a dull moment this, although the final showdown could have been longer, all in 2 hours length is abit rush and alot more wow factor could have been included to raise it to a spectacle level, it's nonetheless a good watch for a shitty year 2021. Enjoy

I enjoyed it and thought they nailed a pretty good monster movie. The first Godzilla movie was good but it was too dark most of the time and you could't really see what's going on. The second one (King of Monsters) had more monsters and fight scenes but I thought it was a mess and the whole movie felt bloated. I did enjoyed Kong (the movie) but this one hits the right spot. It's just below 2 hours which doesn't drag and enough fights scenes which were well executed. You can see clearly what happens even in the dark. This movie is well worth the wait.

ok... its godzilla vs kong. cannot expect much logic. but i gotta say this one is really brain numbing. you need to check out your brain, enjoy the CGI and dun ask questions.

this is basically eye candy and triumph of CGI.

2014 Godzilla still the best follow by Skull Island. the rest are just CGI fest.

Just watched GvK 2 days ago. The action scenes are well done and even better than GKoM with very nice CGI. The story is of course not so logical nor important, this is just brainless monster fighting movie anyway and it exactly delivers that purpose. My minor issue with this one is sometimes I feel the scaling is a bit off whereby they don't look as gargantuan as before especially during the ship fight. Kong never look so big especially in the beginning so when start fighting with Godzilla then Godzilla also doesn't look as massive. What bothers me is how come 2 monster titans can fight ON a ship without sinking or breaking it to pieces with their weight? How huge and strong is that ship? Godzilla's leg also seem a bit smaller or skinnier than previous movies especially when it stepped on Kong.

Other than that, yeah I still enjoyed it cuz it delivers exactly what it supppsed to, brainless movie of monster fighting actions done very well.

While I enjoyed the fight during my 1st time viewing, felt it was nowhere near KOTM

Runtime needs to be extra 20-30 mins. I know producer/director took into consideration if past criticism & gave exactly what dumbasses want "big Kaiju Fighting" & storyline seems simple as that. Ultimately felt insubstantial af. Fr.

2014 film & KOTM at least attempted something more. Abit more substantial. The storyline, the characters, the monsters themselves & their goals. It adds layers to those films

This one...bullet train. Only 2 fights man. One on the ship. Which was already shown in the teasers/trailers/tv spot/promo whatnot. And 2nd & last one was HK battle. And that's it. I was like...dafuq? KOTM had battles across several settings

And the whole KOTM family: the Dad & Millie's character was wasted here. Whatever happened to those scientist/Ms. Chen/that gonorrhea guy/ even the eco-terrrorist baddie from KOTM?😅😏

KOTM gave like 100+ threads, but GvsK was content with only 1. Fine. Have fun.
