The "SOLD" stickers chart can play up psychological pressure to the house buyers to make unwise purchase decision hastily. Therefore I don't rule out part of the "SOLD" stickers are fakes.

Has anyone visited the shaftbury office recently (like days/weeks ago)? How many % Block A and Block B taken up so far?

Block B all sold out...left Block A, they mainly paying attention on complete the commercial 1st. Then only continue for the residential.

All grounding work mostly completed. Just proceeding for structure work

How is the pricing for balance units? Any increase in pricing? Last week was told there will have some increase. Amazing, price already breach RM500psf in cyberjaya! And now still want to increase some more? rclxub.gif

agree, with 4-5 new apartments/condo coming in...im not to sure whether is worth it.. MMU & LKW dont have that many students, and for office..well i can say d no of houses will be more than no of employees?

One more updated info, I called one of the UOB morgage agent to verify bout the McD's location, since they provide loans for both projects, so I think surely no bias, but the lady said we have to clarify with the developers instead.. but she mentioned that if the developer (I presumed she meant DP) isn't confident, they wouldn't have printed their promotion brochure with McD there... but she also said, "who knows, there might be 2 McD in Cyberjaya, just like Subang Jaya, within a short distance"!! hahaha..

We went to visit the SS site yesterday, SS's Block A left one unit - 406sqft offerred around RM260K++ due to first owner's loan rejected, and 1 more below the water tank, so the sales person also reluctant to recommend that for us...eventho cheaper.. for the others, all above RM290K for 1 & 2 bedrooms.. and the price is still increasing everyday, just like the DP!! shocking.gif since the price have gone up so high, I think all the potential buyers have pulled their brakes to think for awhile before buying.. as I can see that the sales agents in SS are very eager to close a deal with us yesterday, compared to the DP's... unfortunately.. 406sqft - RM260K++ is still too much for me to swallow! sweat.gif

turn down your offer, tell them you interested unit below 240k...see if they can offer you or not...
they have tons of unit with rejected loan tactic.

Have they revised the price? Now is like 600++ per ft. During launch i got visited the show room, it is like 500++ per ft if i remember it correctly.

I dont think they play the sticker game. You can see the units that facing putrajaya are all taken, it were all taken when I went there during the launch day at 3 or 4 pm. The units facing dengkil slowly picking up. They are many high salary earner in CBJ bought the units i am guessing, especially those who working in SHELL.

Reason to sell: Buying teres unit at Kajang2
Havent sign SPA.
Checked with developer, only change of name of booking and you will get 5% rebate . Discount more than 10K~

If not mistaken there is some difference on the sticker with the 1 i saw today.

When I was there, a couple just took up A12-09 or A12-11 but on your pic shows all taken.

I can see there is not much new buyers since your pic taken.

Anyway just booked 1 unit at GP.
