Are you sure McDonald pulling out from D'Pulze??? Just been to D'Pulze sales office and the marketing agent proudly announced that McDonald already confirmed at D'Pulze. Somemore, they have printed McDonald on their brochure..So, who to believe? May be both Shaftsbury and D'Pulze are playing sticker game or tikam tikam game. If you dont believe, just drop by there and have a look. Lot of Shaftsbury units still available. Somemore, the SA said the price will be increased by yesterday. D'Pulze pulak shows almost sold out but i heard that actually still many units not sold. Around 50 units. How is the pricing for balance units? Any increase in pricing? Last week was told there will have some increase. Amazing, price already breach RM500psf in cyberjaya! And now still want to increase some more? rclxub.gif
