went to Shaftsbury office a month ago... i think only 50 or 60% taken up.... still got many studio units available.....

wanted to know about u guys opinion in this project. recently there are few projects launching in cyberjaya, some even as low as 300 - 400psf. while shaftsbury launched at nearly 550 psf (block A)... any special reason? pro & cons? or just shaftsbury buyers cry.gif ??
