500++ per sq ft ... got early bird 5% discount ... good thing you can top up $$ 20K-30K to made the unit exactly like showroom. About 1/3 of units sold especially 450 sqft facing putrajaya all sold except for the lower units which maybe cant get the putrajaya view ... do you think it is expensive?? but it still sell .... wondering why ....

Yeah ... I also doubt that D Puzle whether they can finish the project ... After visit shaftsbury i went to D Puzle . they just built a few cabins and nobody was there beside the sales man ... how can they convince people to buy their property ??

Have they revised the price? Now is like 600++ per ft. During launch i got visited the show room, it is like 500++ per ft if i remember it correctly.

I dont think they play the sticker game. You can see the units that facing putrajaya are all taken, it were all taken when I went there during the launch day at 3 or 4 pm. The units facing dengkil slowly picking up. They are many high salary earner in CBJ bought the units i am guessing, especially those who working in SHELL.

Too many luanching over last half year. Domain 3, shaftfury, dpluze, the place, and the one next to domain 3 ... Serin or something.. Mahsing garden residence ... Etc ... Look like resident condo is more than commercial building construction now ... will it be oversupply of resident condo? In cbj ...
