SS is the best investment with highest potential. Just checked with banks and developer...McDonald is pulling out from D'Pulze and move here with 3 retail shoplot confirmed. CIMB and Maybank (near Old town) is confirmed will move here as well. Others like Secret Recipe and some high end mamak from shops behind D'Pulze confirmed move here also. Some pubs will be there since SS is non-halal place (confirmed. but not sure about selling pork). So this is a good news to all SS investors...

haha...ya new user...never join discussion...but i'm one of investor n bought few units...all true..so jus sharing the good news...u can go check with developer and bank....

Just been to D'Pulze sales office and the marketing agent proudly announced that McDonald already confirmed at D'Pulze. Somemore, they have printed McDonald on their brochure..So, who to believe? Mr proproperty or that Mr D'Pulze marketing agent??  See a lot of stars here****Suprisingly, D'Pulze almost sold out! Shaftsbury still got many units left!!
