Indeed. Our neighbor country Thailand 3+1mb is 590baht around RM60. They had promotion now which is 3+1mb=4mb link

if we use IPTV, does it use up the cap also? or IPTV doesnt touch on the caps?

I agree that those seriously harsh downloaders should be capped, but not everyone. I mean it really makes you think twice before you load a video or download a file.

As mentioned earlier, IPTV will be using a dedicated bandwidth. It will not affect the internet usage whatsoever so you don't have to worry whether you will reach the limit or not because it only applies on the internet itself.

you cannot directly compare the price with wat tm offer in the unifi

as you can see unifi is not only hsbb.. it comes with free call to nationwide and also free iptv with some internationals channels as well as a few hd channel
besides that, it also come with a few freebies such as, phone, modem router, set top box

so the extra amount you paid for tm unifi compared to thai 10mbps package.. could be the subscription for ipvt , free nationwide call..
