See how many p2p/filesharing pirates complain here

they are the only ones who will hit the cap.
There are a lot of ways to use lots of internet bandwidth in a short time, like buying a game from Steam(DA is 15GB for one game,CoH takes 9GB), watch HD youtube videos, or streaming movies.
I barely use p2p or file share and i can easily use 10GB a day,if i want.
Even playing a game for 2 hours with VOIP uses like 300 to 400MB,easily. Or surfing at LYN also use considerable amount of bandwidth as you are downloading sigs and avatar all the time. Try opening your Network Status on your connection and see how much you use. /k people will love their office internet connection as it probably wont have cap.
Capped internet has very restrictive nature as you if over use it,you'll suffer the consequences like slow internet or they charge you per MB. I have friends paying over 200AUD per person because they exceed 1GB of their cap. I find it actually promotes you to go out more, than sitting at the computer the whole day as you dont want to waste your bandwidth so that you dont suffer at the end of the month.
Still,HSBB is meant to encourage you to use your internet for entertainment contents, not encourage you to go out.

Cant belive that Malaysia is actually implementing this ridiculous system, while Australia is implementing HSBB to get rid of it or increase the cap tremendously. 60GB to 120GB is way too little.
I'll keep my 1Mbps internet anyday,at least i dont have to worry about getting over the cap if i decide to go youtube marathon.
Unless you only check emails using your internet everyday, you bound to have problems with capped internet.
