Per unit means per share. Say you have 10 lots where 1 lot equals to 1000 units/shares.So 1.812 sen = RM 0.01812,
Total dividend received is:
10 lots x 1000 units x 0.01812 = RM 181.20

QUOTE(MNet @ Jul 20 2011, 10:18 PM) why u said so? reits requirement is to distribute 90% or more, reits is not a biz. it's an assets management company, no need cash flows to expand its biz but will issues more shares for buying properties. the colour part is not relevant at all ...... |

QUOTE(benedict1213 @ Jul 21 2011, 07:46 PM) good question, and i'm interested to know too... what the dividend rate for both? http://mreit.reitdata.com/take a look one CMMT and Hektar as well... good place for reit yield info. CMMT and Sunreit have the lowest yields because of their premiums in the market (good capital gain, low yield). my personal favourites are arreit and hektar for their stable yields. |
