Also another thing, how come not many ppl mention about Atrium? Not safe because they are very niche?

QUOTE(teehk_tee @ Jul 15 2011, 03:55 PM)
i remember the wise words of cherroy when i think of Atrium (i used to hold atrium for about 2 quarters). Atrium has 4 properties, all industrial, 1 tenant each.

in the case 1 tenant move out. rental - and yields will fall drastically. I also recall one or 2 of atrium's contracts are due to run out soon. hmm.gif

hmm... If like that I see potential buying opportunity? When contract run out, the price should drop, then buy just before a new contract is agreed?

LOL my wishful thinking. Or is this just plain naive? haha

hmmm... maybe all these you should ask in the Q&A thread. Nothing wrong posting here I guess, but I believe you can get more answer over there.
