Also contract run out, doesn't mean can be rented out later on soon as well. ah, open own cds means direct open with bursa? or can get it done with OSK investment? coz if they are no charge like my current bank, thinking of doing so and transfer my current share to own cds, but not sure can done or not  |

Just look at recent REITs like CMMT (retail ipo price 0.98, now around 1.32) and SUNREIT (retail ipo price 0.88, now around 1.13). And don't forget good performing older REITs like Axis REIT. |
