Hi im very new to REIT. some silly questions:
1) is REIT like normal share? meaning when it goes down ur capital will be affected? or it stays throughout the lifetime like FD? 2) which local brokerage firm is recommended if i wanted to purchase REIT? 3) for other singapore's REIT, i can do it online via Philip securities right? is it reliable? |
