Was going thru the posts, no one seem to mention Tower Reits.
Announcement on 23 Jul, last Friday TWRREIT - NOTICE OF BOOK CLOSURE
Contents : Interim Income Distribution of 4.50 sen per unit, taxable in the hands of unitholders.
Kindly be advised of the following :
1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex - Dividend" ] as from : [ 5 August 2010 ]
2) The last date of lodgement : [ 9 August 2010 ]
3) Date Payable : [ 23 August 2010 ]

Tower Reits should be announcing their final distribution anytime soon. Hopefully 5-6 cents

Haha, just mentioned it today and it actually happened: Tower Reits announced final income distribution of 5.5 cents

Tower REITs should be declaring their first half dividend soon... either this week or next week based on previous year.
