Mine didn't have rattling sound even at maximum seat height...

Looks like we can compile a list of rattling sounds liao:
1. Seat
2. Glove box
3. Driver reading lights/sunglasses compartment (mine )
4. Seat belt/side pillar
5. ? feel free to add

More K5 poison... Just realised something... There are two different grill designs for the Optima. A full chrome rimmed one as shown in the first pic, and another one with a slimmer edge like the official launch pics.


I personally prefer the slimmer one.

it should be quite fast, i sign agreement on 19/03/10, get my copy mail to me on 1/4/10...
if the officer said already mail to you, then might be mail lost some where or something.....my bank, am bank, use registed mail to send the agreement, you might want to check with maybank any record of mailling so that u can trace the mail.....

honestly i dont see what the big deal is about the car no other than the fact that it is nice to look at.

yes.. i asked them for a copy.. and just picked up from them yesterday... but it's just a 3pages photocopy agreement.. not full one.. anyway...

besides this, i get the geran from bank cause the address in geran is wrong...
i asked the branch manager and he said is the JPJ problem...
and after 1 month they still can't get the geran from bank to fix it.. ai...

for my car i'm still not sure enough where the sound came from..door or seat. need to rectify that after this. But the sound is not that annoying since it happen occasionally when i drive on a harsh enough road

yik yik sound i presume should be from ur absorber mounting rubber... most korean cars have this problem...my hyundai also, never ending yik yik sound. to a point these SC ppl can blame it on the boot lock. Zzz never been able to rectify it for the last 2 yrs!

Dont knowlah..the source of the sound seems quite near, that's why i suspect it came from either the door or the seat.

Yesterday something really2 bad happen 2 me….

After only ½ hour done sierra glow with mr choong suddenly 1 motocylce emngncy brek at sunway roundabout near sunway pyramid…
arghhhh.. SH*T…got calar kaw2 on 1 part (I think maybe tertoreh + skit kemik..)
and so many motocycle rubber line on my bumper.. my plate no totally berkecai…

But thanks god coz my car no so teruk.. but still in crying mood

For my case the rattling sound came from the seat when driving on potholes.
If there's passenger on the seat the rattling sounds seems gone.

My forte back got hit by a myvi before this also, claimed his insurance but refuse to claim a new bumper for me, only allow to repair it due to the damage too little. Only 1 month old car
