ha ha i also kena last friday when i went to service in NSS. but NSS good service. They will get the new booklet for me from Naza and call me when ready. They will refund the service charge once new booklet arrive

that is a bunch of bullsh#t. i checked with a friend from BNM and the insurance industry and they cannot do that. i went through same thing with my SA. it seems company directive. i told him to get me the number for the person who said this in Naza. Spoke directly to some stuck up chinese guy who said immediately "cannot" when he called me. i got pissed off told him to give me his full name and i will see if really "cannot".

10 minutes after the call my SA called me and told me that can be done but i have to write a letter. i told him to f%#k off. i am not writing any letter. then my SA said he will write the letter, i only need to sign. i still decided i did not want to do it. but then the whole issue with the 1.6 started and my SA beg me to sign if not cannot get the car. i told him fine but Naza should expect a direct complaint from me to BNM and persatuan industri insurance malaysia (PIAM). The issue goes on so as i am waiting for my refund but i should not take up more space....make the blood boil only. PM me if need more info.

dont forget to check the odometer to see how far the car has travelled.

i was at sri petaling near bukit jalil...around 8.30am....maybe you saw my red forte

exact same problem here. it seems the aircon cannot handle the cooling requirements.

possibly me...i use NPE all the time to get home from my office in subang.

My office got one Forte white colour WTJ xxxx until now not yet remove the plastic inside....so sayang the car....

everyday i wait for him/her going to take the plastic out....maybe an uncle coz emblem all still naza one....

honestly i dont see what the big deal is about the car no other than the fact that it is nice to look at.

each person individual taste. Your feelings for the car shud not depend on the number. Just enjoy the fact that you are getting a new ride.
Save RM200 buy nice accesory for the inside.

please be careful. if nothing goes wrong in the year thenits fine. I learnt the hard way when my car got stolen in the first 6 months. the hassle and the amount the company pays back to you is something everyone should consider. i normally pay a little extra to get a "agreed amount" rather than market rate to insure the car in case anyhting happens.

Kurnia is not one of the companies that i will give my business to.....
