i think he is quite sure there..

so far i've only seen a few TCCD do high FSB 2-2-2-x timings.. and it's not recommended for 24/7 usage

for TCCD 2.6-2.9v is the optimum value..

tho some TCCD weeks can take more voltage and get higher..

and generally giving it more voltage doesn't mean it will give memtest less errors.. undervolting and overvolting can cause alot of errors for TCCD modules.. that is why there is a mod for the DFI boards to have a pot to control vdimm in smaller steps.. and only give the amount of vdimm u need..

you can check bigtoe's testing.. he did 300mhz easy with 2.66v + Samsung TCC5 on a modded DFI board with a pot to fine tune the vdimm

I'm quite sure that most of the tccd doesn't like 3.0V above...
some even cause more crash...

but for some reason i hv put my vdimm to more than 3V...

hving a 2-2-2-5 @ 210 on 2.9V cause more than 1k error on memtest #5.
and it would only error free at 3.2V...
weird isn't it?

TCCD at 2.9-3.0v runs as hot as bh-5 at 3.4v

and what's the point running TCCD at 2-2-2-5 anyway? and i'm pretty sure it wouldn't need 3.2v to get 210 2-2-2-5.. the TCCDs i have needs only 2.8v to get 210 2-2-2-5

i think it's similar to RGone setting in here:

http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5844

using this bios setting and flash to bios 310 on my ultra-d solve my BSOD issues with my hynix smile.gif

HTT * multiplier = processor speed [MHz]
eg,
200htt * 10 = 2000MHz

i think he mmeans Ghz ---> performance rating thing (3000+, 3200+,...)

since on S939 its 1.8ghz X 5/3 ---> 3000 im guessing its clockspeed X 5/3?
nah i think im wrong tongue.gif
