the normal x gundam....coz i remember x gundam beam rifle can turn into shield lah...

Something like that, although I don't remember Garrod using it very often as the X was upgraded to X Divider fairly quickly in the series. The shield mode of the rifle is kinda ugly anyway but it would be nice if the HG can emulate everything the X can do in animation.

Sidetrack a bit, I feel that the MG Wing is a bit too skinny particularly in the lower limbs. Maybe Beecraft got their hands onto it again.

They upgrade it to X Divider becoz X Satellite beam was destroy and they used the parts to make it into a Divider Shield which serve as a booster, shield, and a satellite distortion beam.

F2 Zaku is great. Marked improvement over the original HGUC Zakus, better proportion than the somewhat skinny Zaku Kai.

The claw...I thought MG will make it more better..

haha... the MG Wing's claws really look pathetic. Why didn't they make it bigger? The rifle reloading mechanism which is similar to a double-barrel shotgun is sweet. However for a relatively tiny MS with not many accessories it's a wee bit pricey.

i personally prefer border break mecha.. for me kinda nice but see the original plain base.. the feel went off

I prefer smaller claws. Make it look more sleek in MS mode.

Wing ver KA has a similar reloading mechanism as well, but i think it's a triple barrel?

Kinda makes you wonder how they could sell the ver KA at 3500yen and how they jacked up the price for ver OVA to 4000yen. Ver KA uses more plastic in weight (see its bigger gun, bigger shield, bigger wings), yet the OVA is 500yen more expensive. So i guess we're paying more than 500yen extra for those extra pairs of HGUC-like hands and inflation?

That's the standard Gundam pose, as can be seen from MG Zeta 2.0, MG Aile Strike, MG RX-78-2 OYW and lotsa other boxarts.

More MG ARFC without the ugly tactical arms...

We might have to look at the amount of runners and parts of the Wing first. Maybe Wing does have more sliding parts or a more complicated internal frame that jacked the price up by 500 yen. Then again, gunpla does cost more nowadays. MG Strike costs 3800 yen and even comes with a full size catapult; Victory which is the size of a HGUC costs the same.

Indeed the Version KA is Wing gundam..but the body is more similiar with Wing Zero Custom...Sometime it make ppl confuse

What's the lowest price you guys saw for 1/144 HG 7 Sword?

Custom job, and that V-Gundam variantion seems to come from MSV..

i see,,,, so i can proceed to buy the MG Victory version KA without worrying that bandai will pull another fast one like the crossbone fullcloth VS crossbone ver ka.... everyone remember that fiasco>?

I'm waiting for MG V2 Assault Buster though. Don't forget Bandai still can come out with V-Dash Gundam, since it's in the anime

It has always been Bandai's plan to improve Ver KAs. Except for RX-78-2 Ver KA, all the others (Ball, Crossbone, Wing, Unicorn) got significant 'upgrades' and were released as a new kit.

Seeing this V Gundam has numerous variations, it's almost a certainty that they will release an MG V Dash, V Assault, V Buster or a V Assault Buster combo. Probably one or two others from MSV as well.

These variations will not be released under the Ver. KA line because if it did, we would have seen MG Xbone Full Cloth, MG WZC, and MG Unicorn OVA carrying the brand Ver KA. But if the V variations do get a Ver KA release, we would see that kit by December 2010, judging by the release dates of previous Ver KAs.

So for me, i will NEVER get a Ver KA kit. Good stuff comes to those who wait

If the Ver KA is not a V variation, i'm guessing it's most probably MG Unicorn Gundam "Banshee" due to the Unicorn Gundam anime hype, although i'm personally rooting for an MG Delta Plus Ver KA

But we'll see how it turns out.

Ever seen such a uniquely coloured HGUC Kshatriya?

damn....you guys are right...with the execption of sinanju ver ka....all the other ver ka was not that great.....guess i better buy some other MG......dont want to bang my balls when they release MG V variations!

From Bandai's way of doing things, it would be expected that HGUC versions of the Sinanju, Angelo's Zulu, Royal Guard Zulu, and possibly Delta Plus will be released some time later this year, probably coinciding with the release of the second Unicorn OVA as these units are suppose to make their appearances in the battle of Palau and the subsequent events. Having said that, Delta Plus deserves an MG as it's transformable... then someone will definitely kitbash it into a Delta Gundam.

MG Banshee is probably inevitable as it only needs a recolour and a new horn, chances are Bandai is waiting for the hype to be built up when it's time for the 3rd OVA that will probably be the earth arc storyline... then HGUC Jesta will also come by then.

Depends on how desperate you are on getting the V I suppose. Yes, sometimes it's worth the wait but for Unicorn, it took them slightly more than a year to release an improved Unicorn, and honestly the knee joint articulation is still disappointing after Bandai's revision.

Because it's blue in the anime? So that when clashing with Kshatriya's green and pink sabers, they produce a dazzling effect

anyone can speculate if the MG version for GN00+raiser+7S gonna be out?

Unfortunately for the gunpla, the most you can do is a 90 degree L shaped beam weapon as the sabres point upwards when grasped and the tonfas face backwards.

GNOO + raiser should have but 7S maybe 50 to 50 chance la...

i have already made a 00 raiser + 7s for HG.
i hope bandai will release a MG for both. then can combine them again - even though it's gonna be a heavy backpack
we have to see if bandai releases 1/100 NG for 7s or not. if they do then a MG would be likely possible

my GN 00 + raiser + 7 swords (more like 8)

i doubt it will. even if 00 gundam out MG. there is a chance that there will be no 7S/G. u either get it from conversion kit from neograde 1/100
mostly those 00V mechs only gotten NG 1/100 treatment

That will depend on how well the HG 1/144 00SS sells. If it's popular, they'll just skip the 1/100 and straight go for an MG like what they did with Strike Noir.
