QUOTE(Yiha9944 @ Mar 11 2010, 10:59 AM) well imho, if u wanna buy and keep and u r affordable then can buy lor, if u wanna build than hv to think 2x coz bandai still didnt make the nubs under the parts look at below pic u'll know wat im talking abt i wonder if it cost more to make the undergate tech gunplas (like akatsuki and hyakushiki). i think if bandai uses undergate tech for all their gunpla releases, it will definitely be easier to re-release them as extra finish or titanium finish or HD ver. And ppl would def buy the finish versions. right now...i'm staying away from EF or TF or watever. the nub marks just cannot remove properly.

QUOTE(Parody @ Mar 16 2010, 01:48 AM) HG 1/144 Astraea Type F Lotsa weapons, but i'm gonna wait and see what the white HG 1/144 Astraea will offer [/color] Dun think HG1/144 white astraea will come out since the parts are released for the Dengeki Hobby Jan 2008. But personally i'm happy with the 1/144 Astraea release. Hip pistols for dynames, triangular rocket launcher for kyrios.

QUOTE(golbeza @ Mar 21 2010, 01:08 PM) i think ur referring to the GN-X II, its got two variations, the GN-XII Sword & GN-XII Cannon, only available in MS OOV. I bet the 4 Gundams from the upcoming movie will be released first before the movie. If not, then i think Bandai will be smart enough to release many gundams from the OOV,I,P,F until the movie releases then more money will go to them once they release kits from the movie. After the HG OO7/S, the 1 Gundam is next, lulz. i for one...do NOT mind GNX (not recoloured plz) variations. bandai still owe us throne varanus. And yes...GNXII.

QUOTE(ravager877 @ Apr 6 2010, 04:49 PM) I bought the shining version of MG Wing Zero Custom last time but after about a year the shine became dull so a bit disappointed. Luckily it was on sale that time so didn't hit the wallet so hard. u mean MG wing gundam 2005 limited pearl coating? the one that comes in plain blue box? just wondering...by GFF 1/144 'not poseable' does it mean that the joints cannot move and static like statue? or articulation like NG 1/144? cuz i'm quite interested in the older GFFs like Hyaku Shiki kai and Mk III and zeta II

QUOTE(chriswoo @ Apr 6 2010, 08:14 PM) old GFF has very limited movement and mostly static pose only since the material wasn't entirely plastic (some diecast and ABS plastic composite) made it very loose after few attactment or posing. but i know mostly the arms mostly static pose. well i recommend you buy the newer version of GFFN it give a great posable range as well as it more durable than the old one. thanks for the info. but GFFN doesn't really have what i wanted. GFF zeta plus (bst) looks really tempting right now. imo the GFF composite 1/100 version too expensive. Not to mention deep striker. anyone has experience in MSIA line? paintjob i know aint that great but they have quite a lot from the MSV line. wah metal composite GFF limited blue zeta. isn't there a hoohah about GFF composite zeta blue being partially unpainted or something for a GFF 18000 yen?
can't imagine GFF composite coming up with deep striker. shudder.
GFFN doesn't seem to be moving along. bandai seemed to concentrate more on Robot Damashii. but i'll hunt for GFFN ZII.
my main motivation for GFF or MSIA or Robot Damashii line is more for the MSVs that aren't released as regular gunpla.
thanks though chris for the input.

QUOTE(legolas1118 @ Apr 9 2010, 05:20 PM) Who cares old or young. A hobby has no age limits. agreed. i hate friends who walk into my room and go 'so uh.....u collect toys'. the thing is..i don't see how a normal teenage kid can buy the gunplas...unless his/her parents r friggin rich or actually spoil him/her. RM50 can hardly buy a gundam...and that's how much my monthly pocket money back then.

QUOTE(Harddisk @ Apr 10 2010, 01:06 AM) Yup, I've seen both the commercials before. I believe they were at the ending of some of the SEED's episodes. Check this out, I guess it's nice for us Gundam collectors. I find it very funny. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=62EN0PlxRk0lol the daughter way of building gunpla reminded me of my first three HGs. after that i baru learn to use nail clipper...then gunpla cutter. looking back...my first few HGs do have those big ugly nib marks

QUOTE(Exiled_Gundam @ Apr 11 2010, 05:57 PM) ^ Hmm I think the config can be done using Bandai one also » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Buy 2 HGUC Nu can meh? i got the right side of the nu gundam backpack is molded differently than the left side. even i have extra side of fins can attach meh? the 'gundoom' have better panel lines lol. just love the shield. haha finally bootleg manufacturers put in some effort to 'originalize' the kit. bootlegs so far has always been measured by how 'gud' the mold compared to bandai original. tthongli put in some little effort by including a stand in each of their bootleg kits. QUOTE(golbeza @ Apr 22 2010, 07:52 PM) from Parody's HG Astraea's review: lolol, i just noticed that the available bazooka is actually the same bazooka the GN-X III wields towards the end of the anime, which means 00 HG fans must buy this to get the GN Bazooka for their HG GN-X III . And the hand mounted rockets is somewhat similar to the one used the the PG O Raiser's wing attachment. And what a unique design of the GN Hammer . Also, this HG Astraea Type-F also wields the same double GN Pistols used by Gundam Dynames (HG GN-Arms Type-E debut). Lucky this HG is a remake of the Exclusive of the last time prize of the Dengeki Hobby. It's a conversion kit for the HG Exia. The missile launcher is from HG Kyrios i think. remember the scene where allelujah destroyed the modified human center? Gonna buy two HG astreas!!

just wondering if any gundam collectors here ever owned a GFF #0007 G Armour G3. Yeah old stuff i know. http://www.hlj.com/product/BAN904114I know there's MG G-armour real type out there but i decide to slow down on 1/100 due to space constraint. recently got into GFF/MSIA/SHCMPro line 1/144 line.

QUOTE(chriswoo @ Apr 29 2010, 01:22 PM) I know your feeling... me also having this issue and will also go into 1/144 scale recently. nowadays HGUC kit are almost same had the articulation with the MG. all these while i realized i own no granddaddy of gundam...namely the RX78. yeah boo on me. so that's why i'm looking into G3. and i chanced upon pix of GFF 0007 G3 + Garmor and fell in luv instantly. now i see the hype with the G3. seriously imo the color is better than the traditional red, blue white. got myself the GFF zeta plus (not the composite metal). yeah...color splurges here n there. and seemingly the ones i got are kinda old stock so bit of dirt seemed to got onto the models. but after cleaning up all the parts and putting them together...they look AWESOME in display. gosh....i'm falling for GFF line.
