Speedy V / Ezy V is 1 disc edition. Amazon US edition is 2 Disc edition.

Did you know that different region release of blu-ray most of the time has different quality of PQ and AQ? Especially speedy version when sometimes they have their own print. It's really irritating to see that you reply as though you know and have answer for everything - the matter of fact is that you don't. That is called spamming, even though it is not one liner, because not only your posts is misleading to forumers, it is not contributing anything to the forum. Next time, think first before replying, or at least google. Don't let your hands get the better of your brains. There's no point spamming 25 posts per day - for the sake of what? Larger e-penis?

BFI Announces Two Flipside Titles

BFI Video has announced two titles for release on Blu-ray on May 17 as part of its Flipside series: the "unjustly overlooked Swinging Sixties gem" The Pleasure Girls (Gerry O'Hara, 1965), starring Francesca Annis, Ian McShane and Klaus Kinski, and the controversial The Party's Over (Guy Hamilton 1963-1965), in an uncensored pre-release cut. Both titles will be available as Dual Format Editions, containing the Blu-ray and DVD versions of the films and the extras (on two discs).

Yes, different distributor may have different transfer and/or encoding. And some have lossless tracks some dont. Many examples, The Shawshank Redemption is one of them, US and UK edition is different. The latest is Minority Report, same transfer but different encoding, Paramount's US release takes almost the whole disc for the movie itself, hence higher bitrate and better and more obvious grain structure. Fox's EU release has lower bitrates, obviously because the special features crammed into the same disc. Not saying higher bitrate is better, but there you go, different distributor may have different transfer/encoding. One exception, the Gladiator release both Universal and Paramount used the same transfer/encoding for both their releases, so both have the same flawed PQ.

I've seen a HK release of I, Robot myself, it was BD25 even though the US release is BD50 with minimal extra features. So be careful, try to get all the info and specs first before buying a local release, maybe some are as good as US release, or you can look for import version (but more expensive though, might as well import it yourself).

Guys, how come my Matrix Trilogy discs show up as a disc icon with BDROM as the title on my PS3. All my other titles show up as a picture icon with the movie name. Is it a fishy copy or what?

i even have BDMV as title for few movies...
so have peace in heart..
