What do you look like. biggrin.gif

HSBB is for downloaders, thats that. You can stream youtube nicely on 4Mbps before they throttled. I don't use pps

To put matters into perspective, imagine your uncle/father/sister/aunt, whoever that uses internet for fesbuk, ocassional youtube, etc, their reaction to HSBB will be "Need so much speed for what?"
Thats why people like me start worrying about caps.

by the time u got 10mbps.... u can download 7GB / hr (roughly)
so...... u spend 1hr on dl 7GB movie
and the remaining of time 23hrs is idle.

same as 4mb
5hours to dl 7GB. and 19hrs remaining idle...

basically just a "TIME" matter..
I know some forummer here can download 24/7..
So many 'thing' to dl? Your HDD can storage how many TB?
thankyou

lets see who can download the most 24/7, 365 days using TM's HSBB! tongue.gif

pay what you get and fully utilise it to the maximum 24/7 & 365 days

wonder what happens on the other side of the world where people "pay what you get & not fully utilise it to the maximum 24/7 & 365 days" ?

My friend said capping wont be implement this year. So enjoy while you can.  rclxms.gif

I think RM200 package really worth it. You'll get 5 times the bandwith comparing to RM120 for 2mbs that being offered now.

Just wait for the official price tomorow  tongue.gif

i don't mind cap but quality and consistent is what i looking for ...
currently have TM, celcom, maxis and P1, basically all fail me, i don't need high speed, i just want reliable speed for upload ...

I don't really mind bandwidth caps either.. I just want to get my content faster on a stable line.

I'm sick of ADSL line drops because of old copper wires and rain water.

If they're so worried about international bandwidth usage, other than using some local CDN for caching 'hot' files, they could make local bandwidth unrestricted so we can establish our own p2p network of HSBB users.

a good way to resolve these international bandwidth bottleneck is to mirror file servers like megaupload, rapidshare then all just download within TM backbone

go subscribe dedicated lease line....that one for sure no cap 24/7 full speed.......

remember one thing...the connection you all are paying are not dedicated....its shared.....thats the reason why it can be affordable for many of us ...the amount on the package you pay for is not even 10% of the total amount .....be grateful if you can even download that much
