Good and important win. Best news of the day for me after an annoying shift at work.

Football is unpredictable. Everton and Villa did us huge favours, this shows that no team can take their position for granted.

For those who kept faith in the team despite the previous 2 losses, this victory couldn't be any more sweet.

For those who lost their faith in the team, well wake up and support the team.

For those who hoped for us to lose just so they can prove themselves right, here's one up yours.

I always have the feeling that we'll beat Liverpool to be honest.
Lost a little faith I've, but that's because of Wenger's outrageous statements.

I'm not trying to put any blame on Fabregas here. Just that, we were very, very lucky in that sense this morning.
hope that Fabregas won't do the same mistake... and be a good lesson to him (still people can state any reasons but it remains with him what had happens this morning and what had mingle in his mind to acted like that)

more over after this Arsenal needs to concentrate with next game meet up with FC Porto is it?

I dont know what walcott was doing. He didnt what to do in most of the situation. Near the final minute,he gave the ball easily and wenger really pissed off. That error lead to the controcersial freekick. But fabregas was awesome in trying to mess up liverpool player

To block his face ? U need to see the replay again I think. His hand was on top of his head la. & to raise Ur hand during a freekick (if Ur in the wall) is not in any teams defensive manual, I can assure U tht. Even when U defend a live ball in a penalty box also U shudn't raise Ur hand.

I'm not trying to put any blame on Fabregas here. Just that, we were very, very lucky in that sense this morning. Just think of wht would happen if Howard Webb gave them a freekick just at the edge of the box, or red-carded Fabregas for deliberate handball (he was already on a yellow), or worse.. penalty. Haih....

agreed

what he did was quite silly imo

Nice win this morning, didn't watch the game but was pleasantly surprised by results all round. Suddenly the title race is back on, even if there's only a slim chance of it. During the run-in we need to go all out in every game, even if it's against Wolves at home. Oh, and Walcott needs to up his game or risk being sold.

The perfect arena to redeem himself is the Champs League game next midweek. IMO Walcott should start, as he usually plays well in these European games.

Keep a good run in the Champs League and the season end could be interesting indeed.

Diaby's goal was a beauty. We already knew how to win ugly (1-0 vs Fulham); in fact we could have scored more had we not squandered so many chances. Liverpool had theirs too but they didn't cherish it.

Don't. Karma bites you back real hard, plus doing such action will only give Arsenal fans a bad reputation.

Looking at our fixtures and the fixtures for the other 2 contenders for the premiership, I'd say, we have a decent shot at the league trophy. Most of the hard games are already out of the way for us.

Am I too ambitious with that statement? No. We just better win it if we want any silverware this season. Because I'm not sure we can go very far in the CL.
