he drifted off right after the whistle... din even stay on pitch for celebration.... clearly he felt guilty, but its a necessary evil, nonetheless....

I only predicted Arsenal 10 Casanova 0...not yet come true though.Just came back from the Emirates and its ard 2am here thanks to the delayed train.Adrenaline still pumping though..a win after all those bad results was certainly sweet.Diaby's head got hair so can head the ball more properly compared to when he was bald
My Motm would be Diaby..besides the goal he scored,I liked the way he used his long legs to control the ball This post has been edited by kanelee: Feb 11 2010, 10:21 AM |

actually, Fabregas's hand ball in stoppage time was slightly outside the penalty box..
so it should not be a penalty call... This post has been edited by lipkhin: Feb 11 2010, 10:32 AM |

MOTM should be 'young Vieira'. Great header with an empathetic thump. With Diaby, Song was effective, together they bulged or bulked up arsenal midfield against Liverpool.
In my last post here I suggest that Vermalen should also share the blame for Drogba's goal. Today Vermalen should shared the 'glory' for Gallas slidetackling and stopping Ngog from scoring. Vermalen 'touched' and 'paused' Ngog who would have breakaway cleanly. Else Gallas would have given a penalty doing a 'Lee Carlsey' . My point here is that Arsenal lacked that kind of ' defence quality', against Park's and Drogba's goal, which ManU always gets away with impunity such as Scholes (including the whole team) on Arshavin and Fab etc. No? Oh, yes I'm echoing AW's comment on the type of 'bad football' played by 'U' know who. This post has been edited by niuchin: Feb 11 2010, 10:45 AM |

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Looking at this imagine if we replaced Sagna, Gallas, Vermaelen and Clichy with Cuellar, Collins, Dunne and Warnock/Young.................we could've been top of the league....hahahahaha Just a joke guys.... QUOTE(Lowyat @ Feb 11 2010, 08:45 AM) Well, things like that are not guaranteed. Burnley beat United at home but have struggled against lesser opponent throughout the season. We beat Liverpool twice and yet could not beat United when Liverpool have defeated them. In short, different game, different team. Past results between other teams have no relevance. |

Realistic:
we will become "dark horse" for the title race. Optimistic: We still can win league if we didnt lose any easy point. |
