The offer is at a 20% premium to KNM shares' closing price of 75 sen. The maker of process equipment for the oil and gas industry said in a stock exchange filing that BlueFire Capital Group Ltd., an entity controlled by Lee, plans to acquire KNM's entire business and undertakings. KNM said the proposal is subject to "satisfactory completion of due diligence, receipt of firm financing commitments, and negotiation and execution of definitive documentation." BlueFire has been granted a limited exclusivity period up to March 22 to complete its due diligence and satisfy the other conditions, the company said. Any suggestion which O&G counter should I use to replace KNM?
I already got Coastal, Alam, Sealink and TAS... I feel Kencana and Sapura Crest is a bit overvalue based on their forward PE... but they got big moutain behind... Not sure it is good to go in or not... What do you think? Never thought O&G will come out and haunt me again... If in STI, I'll go for Ezra... Maxis was asked to list.  Taking a company private enable the owner do whatever he wants without the need of approval from public shareholder. Like Sarawak Energy... in the hosp that i work now, we're using gloves produced by Adventa.. many of my staff love it.. powderless, but a bit slippery. less reaction esp those who got sensitive skin. and of late, since this year, we're having shortage of gloves, partly due to cost cutting.. |

Just look at back at Mar 09 price lor. Can give you a rough guide on how low things may go even though a company fundamental still intact.

Honestly,I think this year is very volatile throughout.
