We should bombard Astro CS after this. If they don't bring back the stretch option, I will REALLY regret the one year contract

agree to bring back the stretch but remain the zoom there in case someone likes it more. heck im watching Discovery now and only can see top line of the subtitle (did i just mention no more logo?)

You can can still stretch via your TV if you prefer to.
Zoom option is perfect for 4:3 letterboxed shows.

I will be using component till they fix this! You can stretch in component. Will only switch to HDMI when watching HD. Stupid Astro. Long testing time for this update they don't realise the shortcomings? Even the subtitles are not visible!

tried it, still cant fill up the both left and right screen (top and bottom is ok). and i dont prefer to do that cos everytime u switch from HD->SD or vice versa u need to reverse the setting again

you see the pillar box mode for Discovery channel. the 2nd line of subtitle is actually in the black area at the bottom instead of inside the picture
