Today i went to TMT to quote a PC system.

There is a young chinese guy (trainee) entertain me. I think he is quite good in serving me, polite and entertain all my questions.

But when he brought me to see the casing, he called a malay guy staff come here who is in charge of the casing stuffs. The malay guy shows very "lazy" attitude, playing with his handphone and chatting with a whole gang of staffs gather at the speaker section, slowly come to me and the chinese trainee here, and the way he answer the questions looks very unpro to me.

one last thing, a lof of stuffs I needed do not have stock. Even some basic things like PSU. I wonder whether it is becoz the stuffs are good selling or it was bad stock management.

hello thunder_kaminari,

I bought a Asus motherboard few months ago from thundermatch.
Now it seems like I have problems with the onboard USB ports. My other pc components are not bought from thundermatch. How do i send to diagnostic and warranty services? Do i have to dissemble the other components and just send the motherboard to your shop?
How long would it takes normally for warranty services?
