guys, i solved my MMS issue for Digi.
just follow the following: ( you need 2 separate APNS, but after you save digimms as APN TYPE: mms, it will make it like run in the background - the selection button at APN selection will dissapear, but you can still see digimms)
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
DIGI Data - Internet
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
APN: diginet
MCC: 502
MNC: 16
APN Type: default
The rest of the field is blank.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
=========
DIGI MMS
=========
APN: digi3G
username: mms
password: mms
Proxy: 203.092.128.160
Port: 80
MMSC:
http://mms.digi.com.my/servlets/mmsMMS Proxy: 203.092.128.160
MMS Port: 80
MCC: 502
MNC: 16
APN Type: mms
=========
For some reason, using these 2 settings, i can send MMS and go online now. Maybe it was my digi connection that's not strong enough recently... it still takes a long time for the recipient to receive the mms sometimes.
Try this bro. From your settings, I think it should work. Just use one APN with the following settings:
APN: digi3G
username: mms
password: mms
Proxy: 203.092.128.160
Port: 80
MMSC:
http://mms.digi.com.my/servlets/mmsMMS Proxy: 203.092.128.160
MMS Port: 80
MCC: 502
MNC: 16
APN Type: default,mms
You can always revert back if it doesnt work but I am pretty sure it will work

I believe Digi 3G is 3G and Celcom 3G (and also Maxis) is 3.5G. So speedwise, Celcom & Maxis would win as they theoretically offer up to 3.6Mbps while Digi can only go up to 700Kbps. As you put it
Neocable, network congestion is one of the downsides of Celcom. I used to be a Celcom 3G customer but due to the frequent lag, I terminated the service. I'm not too sure about this, but I think Digi will switch to EDGE if 3G coverage is not available, and EDGE is something Celcom doesnt have.
Exactly. The difference between 3G and HSDPA is very significant. In fact, on HSDPA (Maxis) the internet is really fast. I still think Maxis has the best connection since it has GPRS, EDGE, 3G and 3.5G all in one

I'm getting impatient to get the new N1 update already! Argghh!
